The Caves Show - Sunday, 29thApril 2007

This year the Caves Show was run as what the officials described as a ‘two ring circus’. All different breeds of horses competed against each other in height classes. Each class would be run in both rings, under a different judge.

As it turned out, 17 heavy horses showed up and part way into the led classes they announced that the committee had decided to run two separate classes in each ring for heavy horses. The classes were broken up into one class for stallions, colts and geldings, and another for mares and fillies. We were also still able to compete in the height classes that we had already nominated in.
